Instead of relying on standardised classrooms and formal degrees, we life-long learners curate our own educational paths - with guidance. We use modular courses, micro-credentials, AI-driven adaptive learning platforms, multi-media, and immersive experiences including virutal reality. Education becomes fluid and demand-driven. So each of us is guided by AI to identify what we need to learn, when we need it, and how best to integrate it into our lives. work, and lesiure. A key part of the new system is it guides us, with templates, stories, and examples to be able to do exactly that. And it is based on our 10-12 intelligences, not just the two of the Second Industrial Revolution - that put many of us into straight jackets. Given all the changes ahead, our early schooling, college and University years, will be structured very differently, and only part-time. With more active immersion in different locations, including work places, cafes, and homes. The Third STEEP Renaissance is a radical era of "just-in-time" knowledge and know-how acquisition. Skills and meta-skills are built and refined in real-time. We use peer networks, mentoring, work-based learning, multi-media and interactive digital environments. Memories are stimulated and reinforced. But rote memorisation is thrown into the rubbish bin.
We learners are no longer just passive recipients of knowledge, know-how, skills. and experience. We are also our own teachers, mentors, and creators, continuously refining our understanding through collaboration and practical application. Among many benefits, the structure and processes of this new sytem, enhances our agency-empowerment, and gestates us as serial entrepreneurs, innovators, agents of transformation, and masters of our lives and futures. Mmm, interesting thought. We emerge as Masters of Holistic Lifeology. Nah. Too corny... Unlearning also vital After all, as the world keeps pivoting on its axis, and our job roles keep changing, unfreezing and unlearning what used to serve us well, and learning what's adaptive and relevant, for this moment and this situation, are of equal importance. AI tutors, immersive simulations, and real-world projects replace traditional textbooks and exams, making learning a more active, hands-on, and exploratory process. Revolution among the professionalsIn this new system, professional educators, trainers, coaches, transition into facilitators, content curators, and community builders rather than gatekeepers of knowledge. Wisdom, more than information, now is enhanced and personalised. Business and service professionals transform into learning architects, facilitating individuals integrate education, know-how and experience, directly into their careers and entrepreneurial pursuits. With AI's assistance, we get our weekly work done in two to three days. Ten-year time horizonOf course, personal, business, and organisational transformations are life-time processes. But in the light of the 5th Industrial Revolution, our ongoing global warming epidemic, the massive disruption of AI, and the evolving S.T.E.E.P Renaissance, for now, we adopt a ten-year time horizon.

I am now 83 going on 18, still highly energetic, motivated, and with most of my marbles still intact. Though I've developed many mechanisms that turn ADHD into a gift, it still slows me down a bit. I've been entrepreneuring and transforming lives and businesses in many, many ways since I was 12. Back then, changed family circumstances lead me to become the bread winner while still at school. This lead me to set up my first three micro-businesses. And then two more the next year. Those micro-businesses, all run while I was at school, and developed during boring lessons, brought in 3-4 times the basic wage. More than enough to support me and the rest ot the family That's 71 solid years of accumulated experience and insight. And I dare say it, as we all enter a New Creative and Wisdom Age, I now have elder statesman wisdom. And am engaged in the strongest, integrative and collaborating growth spurt of my entire life, to date. This is the first asset I freely offer to our community.
Second, my extensive portfolio of transformational intellectual property and know-how – some of it still in my head - is rapidly being dramatized, productized, shared, sold, given away, licensed, and leveraged for the greater good. Hopefully yours is too!
